It was our first time using Kitty & Caboodle over Christmas as we couldn't find anyone to look after our cats whilst we were away, and the experience was quite good! It was nice to get updates by looking on their Instagram page and seeing photos or videos of our cats. When we came back home, there were written letters from our sitter documenting how every day went with them. Wasn't expecting it at all and it was such a lovely read! Very nice touch. Kitty & Caboodle offers such an amazing 5 star service. We found them by sheer luck when we made a last minute holiday booking. The service is incredibly caring, down to detailed written notes from each visit and lots of attention, including hours playing with the cats. Also, we were able to follow the daily posts on Instagram, so we knew they were having a great time - allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Laura knows a lot about cat psychology which hugely helped, as we were very worried about leaving our two furries alone for a week: the older one not being too keen on her younger sister. I used Kitty and Caboodle for the first time this week. I was anxious about leaving my puss but he was so well taken care of, with every effort made to put my mind at rest. 👍👍 I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Laura to care for my partially sighted and messy cat. Laura is extremely thorough, conscientious, and trustworthy. She pays meticulous attention to details, whether it's administering medication, feeding, playing, or cleaning. Have been using Kitty & Caboodle for a little while now - and they are by far the most reliable cat sitting option we've found. We found K+C after quite a few reliability issues with _other online platforms_ and honestly it's a breath of fresh air using Kitty and Caboodle. We've never had a single scheduling issue or last minute cancellation, and you can tell their sitters truly care about the cats they look after, and know how to handle the fussiest of feline clients. We get daily cat photo updates, a diary log of their antics, and most importantly medication for the cats who need it. We've had the same sitter for pretty much every booking (Thank you, J!) - so the cats get a sense of familiarity with every visit. The Kitty and Caboodle team are brilliant. They've looked after our old cat three times now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Laura is really organised, communicative and detail-focused - nothing is overlooked when it comes to your furry family member! Kitty and Caboodle looked after my 3 cats. I needn’t have worried they were in purrfect hands! Suzy the youngest is very nervous and would often stay behind the sofa and wouldn’t come out for food for ages if she sensed someone was there but she came out with Laura which put my mind at ease. I wouldn't think of asking anyone else. K&C always take good care of my cat and leave me notes to let me know how he's been. Together with the pics they post on their Instagram, I know he's fussed over and happy.
